HR Manager – Agriculture | Kern County, CA Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to make an impact with a well-established agriculture company in Kern County? Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations while partnering with leadership to support a growing workforce. Compensation & Benefits Opportunity to join a stable, growing agriculture organization with a collaborative leadership team Salary range: $120,000-150,000 Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match What You'll Do Lead all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration Partner with managers on employee coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts across the organization Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations Manage benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation Support training, employee development, and succession planning initiatives Foster a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR leadership Agriculture experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices Experience handling employee relations, compliance, and performance management Bilingual in English and Spanish required EB-8644711053
