We ask that you work 30 hours per week. Job Summary We are looking for passionate people to engage with volunteers by assisting with stuffing envelopes, loading mail trays, strapping postal materials and preparing mailings for delivery. Regional Coordinators will work with volunteers and regional directors to ensure projects are finished on time and quality controlled. He/she must be willing and have the ability to work long hours. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with grassroots advocacy. Excellent for anyone seeking part-time or temporary work. Major Duties
  • Organize volunteer mail projects
  • Set up and tear down mass volunteer mailing events
  • Manage and assist staff with strapping, packing, loading mail projects for delivery
  • Work closely with team leaders to ensure accountability and quality control
