This role ensures staffing levels meet production demands, coordinates employee placements, maintains attendance and payroll records, supports recruiting efforts, and delivers exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily attendance and verify employee check-in/check-out. Coordinate employee assignments based on client production requirements. Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate expectations. Monitor productivity, quality, and employee performance. Address attendance issues, tardiness, and call-offs, securing replacement associates when needed. Assist with recruiting through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Support onboarding, orientation, and employee training. Conduct safety walk-throughs and ensure compliance with company and client policies. Maintain accurate staffing levels and headcount reports. Review and verify daily operational reports. Process and verify payroll information accurately and on time. Foster positive employee relations and improve workforce retention. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and staffing team. Qualifications Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or supervision preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing or workforce management systems. Ability to motivate and lead employees while maintaining a professional work environment. Schedule Sunday through
