$129,850 to $164,325 per yearPurpose of Position:
The role of the Complex HR Manager II is an exciting opportunity to partner with operations as well as manages the Employee and Labor Relations functions of the Chicken Manufacturing Plant, to ensure sound morale, a safe work environment and training of Management Personnel to meet the Company's short-and-long-term goals. Coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff, including but not limited to: recruiting and staffing logistics, performance management and improvement systems, organizational development, compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting, employee orientation, development and training, policy development and documentation, compensation and benefits administration and employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Responsibilities Serve and provide onsite HR leadership and support for facilities- acting as main point of contact for all recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations issues.
