This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of GMPs, and a proactive approach to workplace safety and injury reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments and is committed to maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 100-150 employees across shifts Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company quality standards Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and ensure timely start of operations Monitor employee performance and productivity; adjust staffing as needed Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and operational metrics Lead investigations and documentation of workplace injuries and safety incidents Collaborate with Safety and HR teams to ensure proper reporting and follow-up Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of accountability and awareness Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance feedback to team members Support onboarding and training of new hires in GMP compliance and safety procedures Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial setting Strong working knowledge of GMPs and OSHA safety standards Experience handling injury reports , incident investigations, and corrective actions Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work early morning shifts consistently Proficiency in workforce management systems and reporting tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in safety or quality a plus.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 1st shift Must be on open to working overtime and also weekends (some Saturdays) & on call.

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
