Reporting directly to the President, the Human Resources Director champions the employee experience, development, and culture across all Life-Assist work locations throughout the United States. You will own the complete people function — from strategy and culture to recruiting, performance, and compliance. Our HR department is transforming our workplace culture and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement. We are a dynamic, energetic team looking for a dedicated, service-oriented Human Resources professional who embodies Life-Assist's philosophy and values. What will you do? Lead the Human Resources department and operate as part of the company's Leadership Team. Manage all aspects of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, engagement programs, performance culture, and workforce planning in partnership with executive leadership to create the exceptional employment experience. Champion continuous improvement as a cultural value Design and deliver leadership development and training programs. Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Who are you? BS/BA degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education. SPHR certified in human resources 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience 5+ years of leadership experience Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in a growing company operating in a multi-state environment. To thrive in this job, you must: Be both strategic and hands-on - comfortable designing scalable frameworks and staying close to operational details. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude. Have a can-do mindset All of which are vital to success in this role.
