This position is based out of Redlands but will also provide support to our local client sites, as business needs require. Onsite Staffing Supervisor Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for assigned positions and client locations. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely communication. Manage day-to-day client communications and respond promptly to staffing requests. Prepare, maintain, and submit reports accurately and on time. Conduct new hire orientations at the Torrance Location as needed. Coordinate employee placements and provide ongoing support to associates and clients. Complete safety incident reports internally and with clients. Partner with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Onsite Staffing Supervisor Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Forklift evaluating experience is strongly preferred but not required. Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems. Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work from Torrance, Compton and San Pedro as needed. Must be a strong self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative. Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in growing professionally with the company.
