Job Description
Responsibilities:
Corcept's HRBP support model includes the role traditionally done by HRBP as well as other HR specialized functions to support Executive Team members and their teams Work with Sr Director on executing Corcept's Learning and Development plan including design, delivery and assessment Ensure employee population is aware of and participating in HR initiatives including but not limited to the company's performance management process Recommend, develop and implement Human Resources policies and ensure compliance with all U.S. EEO, employment, benefits, and wage-hour laws Facilitate conflict resolution and handle employee relations as well as termination issuesPreferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including: listening, coaching, & training Strong leadership, project management & time management skills Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skillsWord, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Education and Experience:
BA or higher Minimum 10 years Human Resources management experience Experience developing, implementing and administering HR programs in an HRBP role or as part of an HR specialization Demonstrated pharmaceutical industry experience with a comprehensive understanding of drug development and the clinical trial lifecycle The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $238,900-$281,100; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
