In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full cycle of staffing activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent that aligns with organizational goals. Your leadership will drive candidate sourcing strategies, foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and maintain compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce while utilizing cutting-edge talent management software and recruitment tools. Responsibilities Lead onsite recruitment initiatives by managing high-volume and technical hiring campaigns through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to attract diverse candidate pools. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on candidate evaluation, and support employee orientation programs. Utilize talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS systems to track applicant flow, update records, and generate reports for leadership review. Ensure compliance with HR legal standards and employment law in all recruiting activities while maintaining accurate documentation within HR systems. Build strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions for campus recruitment, and community organizations to enhance talent pipelines. Manage onboarding processes including employee evaluation, training & development initiatives, and employee relations to promote retention and engagement. Engage in relationship management by cold calling potential candidates, lead generation activities, and conducting employee orientation sessions. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume recruitment environments; technical recruiting experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers alike. Demonstrated ability in talent management including succession planning, employee evaluation, and HR sourcing strategies. Proficiency in talent management software systems like ATS platforms, and social media marketing for recruitment purposes. Knowledge of employment law applicable to talent acquisition and human resources legal compliance standards. Experience in campus recruitment, external recruiting partnerships, and HR legal compliance is highly desirable. Ability to research market trends and utilize HR systems for data-driven decision-making in recruiting strategies. Strong relationship management skills with a proactive approach to candidate sourcing through cold calling and lead generation activities.
