Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and strong internal supportEnsure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and proper recordkeeping practicesPartner closely with Finance and other departments to align on organizational prioritiesLead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectivelyManage compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive and equitableCollaborate with payroll to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data and processingDirect talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment strategiesDrive performance management processes and support employee development initiativesDesign and implement training and leadership development programsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and lead continuous improvement effortsAct as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives
