An established manufacturing organization is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees.
This is not a purely corporate HR position. You'll be closely connected to the operation, supporting an hourly workforce while partnering with managers on employee relations, compliance, recruiting, performance management, and workforce planning.
