GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Delivers HR effectiveness across the CSC organization by serving as the day-to-day manager of the HR function.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES andOVERSIGHT
The duties below reflect the minimum requirements for this position. Build and maintain trusted relationships with the leadership team. Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and resolutions of grievances. Draft disciplinary documentation for managerial delivery to employees. Provides guidance and counsel to employees and leader on HR policies, procedures and best practices. Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to complex problems and drive forward change. Manage performance management systems, including merit process, and coaching managers on performance issues. Promote and support a positive employee relations environment and organization culture. Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, leadership development, and compliance topics. Administer and oversee compliance with leave management programs (FMLA, workers' compensation, disability and ADAA). Provide HR support at assigned venue events by engaging with staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise HR staff and provide coaching, development, and performance feedback. Create, update, and oversee HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal compliance requirements. Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on HR metrics and trends. Collaborate with legal counsel on employment law matters and risk mitigation to ensure legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions are compliant. Build and provide management of various HR systems. Deep understanding of employee file management and data organization Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team with direct reports
- Working knowledge of applicable California and federal employment, labor and compliance laws and regulations.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
- Skilled in investigative techniques in investigating complaints and employee grievances.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- High-level of customer service orientation and professionalism
- Proven track record in EEO compliance and workplace investigations.
- Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and Power BI.
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field from an accredited institutionLANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as event files and state regulated rest and meal break policiesMATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Explorer; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; and Microsoft Share point. Must become proficient on company Protatech Scheduling program and SORT online training program.TRAVEL:
