Job Description

Support 401(k) plan administration, including audits, reporting, Form 5500 support, nondiscrimination testing, vendor partnerships, and plan governance. Lead employee wellbeing initiatives, wellness fairs, health campaigns, engagement surveys, scholarship programs, and recognition programs. Partner with brokers, vendors, third-party leave administrators, Wellbeing Ambassadors, HR teams, and leadership to ensure smooth HR program delivery. Supervise benefits and leave staff while providing training and guidance to HR team members on benefits, leave, compliance, and employee support practices.Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$70,304 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.Job Type:
