Job Description

I have been asked by a top rated Regional Medical Center (who happens to have one of my favorite Chief Human Resources Officers) to recruit a Human Resources Director to join the team! This Regional Colorado hospital is too big to be small, and too small to be big! It is ranked in the "Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United States" by The Chartis Center for Rural Health. It's an exciting time to join the organization with several service line expansions in place. Their progressive CEO wants leaders with innovative ideas that can help continue the growth of the hospital and maintain excellent standards of care. This leader will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer of the system (who has been here for over 13 years), who is looking for a forward-thinking Human Resources Director with a history of team encouragement and empowerment. I've been working with this leader for several years and can attest to her transparency, efficiency, and kindness. You would be lucky to work with her, as I consider myself lucky to know her!
