$140,000 - $175,000 + bonus

Director of HR:
The Director of HR will lead execution of core HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, performance management, and compliance. Coach, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals while driving accountability and results. Own HRIS and HR analytics initiatives, leveraging workforce data to support operational and strategic decision-making. Partner with senior leaders to develop staffing, retention, and talent acquisition strategies that support business growth. Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and support leaders through difficult workforce decisions. Qualifications for the
Director of HR:
Currently serving as an HR Manager or equivalent HR leader with 3+ years of direct people management experience. Strong HR generalist background with demonstrated ownership of HRIS/HR technology platforms and HR operations.
