Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Operations & Growth Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our home care agency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage staff, solve operational problems, improve efficiency, maintain excellent client service, and help grow the business. Responsibilities Oversee daily office and home care operations Supervise administrative, scheduling and client-care staff Ensure schedules and client services are properly maintained Oversee recruiting, onboarding and staffing activities Monitor billing, collections and accounts receivable Assist with payroll preparation and review Monitor expenses, vendors and operational costs Address client and caregiver concerns Maintain high standards of service quality Oversee new client starts and client retention Develop referral relationships and new business opportunities Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources Help increase active clients, billable hours and company revenue Ensure required reports and operational deadlines are completed Step in to assist with essential duties when staff are unavailable Provide regular operational updates to the Owner/Administrator Qualifications Management or supervisory experience required Home care, healthcare, staffing or service-industry experience preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to supervise employees and manage multiple priorities Comfortable with scheduling, recruiting, billing and business operations Strong organizational and computer skills Business development or sales experience preferred Dependable, professional and able to work independently
