Key responsibilities Design and implement regional culture, engagement and organizational development initiatives. Lead Talent Management processes, including performance, succession planning and career development. Develop and deliver leadership development and training programs. Partner with leaders on change management, organizational transformation and integration initiatives. Drive employee listening strategies and translate insights into concrete action plans . Act as a strategic advisor on culture, organizational health and team dynamics . Track key People metrics and provide insights to support regional decision-making. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields . 4+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture or Engagement. Experience working in multinational or multi-country environments . Strong experience in change management and stakeholder management . Excellent communication, facilitation and program design skills. Fluent English and Spanish ; Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to travel across LATAM.
