Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Business Office Manager/Human Resources professional to oversee the administrative, financial, and human resources functions of our organization. This pivotal role combines office management, team supervision, vendor relations, and HR responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to managing office workflows, employee relations, and financial processes. Duties Manage daily office operations, including oversee front desk activities, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and calendar management to ensure efficiency. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance team performance. Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and handling confidential information with integrity. Coordinate event planning for meetings, staff gatherings, and community outreach activities to promote engagement. Maintain accurate bookkeeping using accounting software like QuickBooks; handle invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks. Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, overseeing service quality, and ensuring timely payments. Utilize Microsoft Office tools and spreadsheets for detailed reporting, data analysis, and record keeping related to office management and finance. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements related to HR and financial procedures. Experience Proven supervisory experience leading administrative or office teams in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial management tools. Strong background in human resources functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. Experience in event planning, vendor management, and office logistics is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare-related administrative tasks is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with spreadsheets for detailed record keeping and reporting. Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems, calendar scheduling, filing systems, and front desk operations is preferred.
