This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing staffing operations in a fast-paced home health care environment , ensuring appropriate coverage while maintaining strong communication with clinical staff, families, and leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate daily nursing schedules and patient coverage Proactively identify and resolve staffing gaps Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and leadership Assist with onboarding and placement of new clinical staff Maintain accurate staffing schedules and documentation Support after-hours and urgent staffing needs as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous staffing/scheduling experience in a home health care environment

REQUIRED 2

plus recent Experience staffing nurses and other clinical professionals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable handling urgent coverage needs Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Oversee 2 plus staff members
