You will be responsible for maintaining staffing levels, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to both employees and client leadership. This role requires a strong operational mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to effectively support a workforce. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary onsite contact for client leadership. Build and maintain strong business relationships. Communicate staffing needs, workforce trends, and operational updates. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, retention, and service delivery. Resolve issues quickly and professionally. Workforce Operations Manage daily onsite staffing operations for a high-volume workforce. Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and placement activities. Ensure staffing levels consistently meet client production requirements. Support workforce planning and retention initiatives. Participate in client meetings and operational reviews. Employee Relations & Compliance Foster positive employee relationships and engagement. Address attendance concerns and employee issues promptly. Support safety initiatives, workers' compensation processes, and compliance programs. Manage PPE distribution and documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies, client expectations, and safety standards. Administrative & Reporting Functions Process payroll and timekeeping activities. Maintain employee records and required documentation. Generate operational and client reports. Ensure reporting deadlines are met accurately and on time. Support internal audits and compliance requirements. Qualifications Required Fluent in Spanish and English Minimum of 2 years of staffing industry experience Experience in an Onsite Manager, Staffing Recruiter, Account Manager, or similar leadership role Experience supporting high-volume staffing operations Strong customer service and client relationship management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing demands Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing technology platforms Preferred Onsite staffing management experience Light industrial or manufacturing staffing experience Experience supporting workforce programs on non-traditional shifts Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or a related field Equivalent Experience A High School Diploma/GED plus two or more years of progressive staffing industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
