Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Procedural guides Technical documentation Technical writing Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Full Job Description MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Personnel Resource Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with personnel resource management and organizational evaluation. Monitor personnel distribution metrics, identify systemic manning issues, and recommend resource allocation changes to enhance mission effectiveness. Implement standardized organizational study procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Personnel Reports for executive-level review and coordination. Manages the execution of personnel resource analysis and manning status tracking for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR. Evaluates Regional Personnel Reports to prioritize staff movements and ensure the availability of mission-critical human capital. Lead the coordination of local Administrative Teams to resolve complex staffing shortfalls affecting theaterwide readiness and command operations. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical personnel analytical protocols. Midlevel Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Demonstrated ability to draft technical personnel documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or a related field. Experience with the Joint Manpower and Personnel System (JMAPS) or similar DoW systems. Knowledge of MIL-STD personnel reporting and documentation protocols.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
