Job Description Human Resources Manager Onsite Position | Roselle, IL Manufacturing organization has an immediate need for a Human Resources Manager who will serve in a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, driving both day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational effectiveness. This role plays an important part in supporting growth initiatives through scalable people practices, talent development, and workforce planning. What are we seeking? Manufacturing knowledge Bilingual (Spanish/English) HRIS expertise Supporting manufacturing operations across several facilities, this position requires balancing strategic thinking with practical execution across all areas of Human Resources.
