The company serves a diverse range of industries including industrial manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, and hydraulics, providing employees with exposure to complex manufacturing challenges and advanced machining technologies. Job Description Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations Program and support CNC machining centers utilizing Mastercam Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges Review prints, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure manufacturability Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations Partner with cross-functional teams to support new and existing programs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Strong CNC programming experience within metal machining environments Proficiency with Mastercam Experience programming CNC lathes and/or milling equipment Understanding of machining processes and best manufacturing practices Experience supporting multi-axis machining operations preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience is highly valued and may create future advancement opportunities Experience within precision machining, aerospace, medical, industrial, or related manufacturing industries What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000.
