Shift:
Full-Time l Monday-Friday -1st shift 8:30AM-5:00PM Pay :

Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning. Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support. Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with competencies and values. Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance. Coach leaders on performance management, career development conversations, and team effectiveness Lead HR initiatives from conception to completion, including HRIS rollouts, policy updates, and organizational redesigns. Must be able to travel up to 30% across designated region. Other projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experiencePreferred Education and Experience:
