Job Summary The Senior Director of Human Resources will partner with executive, operational, and clinical leadership to develop and implement scalable HR strategies that support employee engagement, compliance, talent, growth, and operational excellence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise HR strategy across Indiana and Utah. Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive and operational leadership. Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and retention. Lead HR compliance, investigations, audits, and risk management. Develop compensation, benefits, and incentive strategies in partnership with Finance. Oversee HR systems, including Paycom, and support HR technology improvements. Lead leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor recruiting, retention, and other HR metrics to support data-driven decisions. Lead and develop HR and recruiting team members. Manage HR vendors, budgets, and key HR initiatives.

Master's degree preferred. 5-10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Multi-site or multi-state healthcare experience strongly preferred. Home health or hospice experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare HR compliance. Experience with HR technology and HRIS platforms, including Paycom preferred. Experience with workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change. Strong business, financial, analytical, and communication skills. SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR accepted with a plan to obtain senior-level certification.
