Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for division-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring Manage all onboarding activities and ensure a seamless new hire experience Process payroll through ADP and maintain payroll accuracy and compliance Drive employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and culture-building efforts Develop employee communication strategies and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction Partner with supervisors on performance reviews, coaching, corrective actions, and employee documentation Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy interpretation and conflict resolution Administer leave programs, accommodations, and HR compliance activities Coordinate workplace safety initiatives and support compliance efforts Manage offboarding processes, exit interviews, and separation documentation Maintain employee records and HR reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Full-cycle recruiting experience required ADP payroll processing experience required Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment laws Experience with leave administration and HR compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred SHRM or PHR certification a plus #
