About the
Role:
The HR Supervisor plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the human resources department to ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This position is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Supervisor will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. By analyzing HR metrics and feedback, the supervisor will identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Ultimately, the HR Supervisor will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that human capital is effectively managed and developed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on supervisory or managerial roles. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience with HR software and systems.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and best practices. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to HR team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
