Manufacturing HR | Employee Relations | Talent Acquisition | Workforce Planning | Performance Management | HR Compliance What You'll Do Lead day-to-day HR operations for a large manufacturing facility Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development initiatives Manage HR processes including performance management, compensation, benefits coordination, and workforce reporting Lead employee investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, high-performance culture Utilize HR metrics and data to support continuous improvement and business decisions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces (400+ employees preferred) Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations Experience partnering with plant leadership and production teams Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPay:
$120,000.00- $150,000.
