Job Description

A local public-sector organization is looking to add an Assistant HR Director to their team. This role will support all areas of Human Resources while partnering closely with leadership and employees. A major focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding , ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial recruitment through new hire integration. The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience across labor relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee onboarding . Strong communication and organizational skills are important, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
