Description The beautiful Marriott Boston Quincy is seeking an on-site Director of Human Resources, People and Culture. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Director of Human Resources serves as a key member of the hotel Executive Committee and provides strategic leadership across all areas of associate relations, engagement, leadership development, recruitment, training, performance management, culture-building, and HR compliance. This role will focus heavily on strengthening associate engagement, fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture, and developing leaders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly visible, approachable, operationally engaged, and passionate about creating meaningful associate experiences that ultimately elevate the guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Associate Engagement and Culture, Leadership Development and Human Resources Operations. This position is 100% on-property.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources leadership experience within a hotel environment is required. Marriott brand experience and knowledge of Marriott HR systems and platforms is required. Full-service hotel experience is strongly preferred.
