WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in a variety of positions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Develop new business through phone calls, emails, networking, and in person visits Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and find the right candidates Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods Manage candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience Help grow existing client relationships while developing new ones Stay organized while managing multiple openings and priorities Work closely with the recruiting and sales team to meet company goals
