What You'll Do:

Assist with the recruitment process : job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews Help staff retention initiatives to support employee satisfaction, engagement, and longevity Assist with HR and administrative responsibilities, serving as the primary HR contact for the facility Partner with leadership to align staffing, retention, and culture goals

Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills Attention to detail and organizational strengths Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment HR or recruiting experience is a plus - but we're willing to train the right person!
