Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. Support senior-level engagement with federal, international, academic, and industry partners through coordinated visits, materials, and engagement plans.

Clearance Required:

No clearance required, but prefer active SECRET clearance Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, international relations, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic outreach and stakeholder relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience facilitating senior-level engagements with Federal, international, academic, and industry partners.
• Experience developing detailed visitor packets and protocol-compliant itineraries.
• Experience preparing structured engagement plans documenting objectives, milestones, and partner feedback. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare visitor packets, agendas, itineraries, and supporting communication materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements and visit documentation with Government personnel.
• Maintain engagement plans, schedules, action items, and partner feedback.
