Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a well-established, growing outpatient medical practice with multiple locations throughout Maryland and Washington, DC . This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR leader who enjoys partnering with executive leadership while also staying hands-on with day-to-day HR operations. The role is onsite with some flexibility . The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including: Employee relations Talent acquisition and onboarding Payroll administration Compensation and benefits Performance management Compliance Employee engagement This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and help shape a positive, high-performing culture across multiple locations. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred Payroll management experience 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Experience in healthcare or a multi-site environment preferred Strong knowledge of Maryland, Washington, DC, and federal employment laws Proven experience with employee relations and strategic HR initiatives Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills We're looking for someone who is collaborative, approachable, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Application Question(s): How many years of progressive HR experience do you have, and how many of those years were in a healthcare, medical practice, or multi-site environment? What experience do you have overseeing employee relations, compliance with Maryland/Washington, DC and federal employment laws, benefits, performance management, and payroll administration?
