Opportunity:
Growing company looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee all Human Resources functions. This role will partner closely with leadership while supporting employees across the organization. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on HR involvement.
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. Support managers and employees with HR guidance and day-to-day employee matters. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee programs. Lead hiring initiatives, employee development efforts, and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Manage HR reporting, documentation, and HRIS records.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous HR leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law. Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred. Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership at all levels. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office required.
Salary:
$90,000–$135,000 annually based on experience. Onsite role located in Elkhart, Indiana. #
