+ Performance Bonus Job Impulse is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead and grow our Michigan district, supporting both Auburn Hills and Flint. This is a sales-focused leadership role for someone who knows staffing, can grow business, and can lead strong branch teams. What You'll Do Drive new business across the Michigan market Build and expand client relationships Lead sales activity, prospecting, and market growth Oversee performance across Auburn Hills and Flint Coach branch leaders, recruiters, and sales staff Monitor open orders, recruiting activity, fills, starts, and client service Own district revenue, gross profit, margin, and profitability Use KPIs and branch results to identify opportunities and improve performance Partner with leadership on district strategy and growth plans What We're Looking For 5+ years of staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions experience Proven staffing sales and business development success Experience leading a branch, team, or multiple locations Strong understanding of recruiting operations and client service Experience managing revenue, margin, or P&L performance Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Preferred District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Selling Branch Manager experience Multi-branch leadership experience Light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, or logistics staffing experience Michigan market knowledge or existing local business relationships Why Join Job Impulse?
