In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with our business goals, ensuring compliance with employment laws and cultivating a positive organizational culture. Your leadership will drive talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations, empowering our teams to excel. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to make a significant impact at the highest level of our organization. Duties Develop and implement strategic HR plans that support organizational growth and operational excellence Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting strategies, interviewing processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent Lead employee orientation sessions, training & development initiatives, and succession planning to enhance workforce capabilities Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive work environment Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA regulations Ensure adherence to employment & labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and other relevant regulations Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making Supervise HR team members in areas such as HR sourcing, performance management, organization design, and process improvement initiatives Lead change management efforts during organizational restructuring or policy updates to ensure smooth transitions Develop policies related to contracts, employee evaluation processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance standards Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles within human resources management or HR program management Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and FMLA regulations Demonstrated success in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Taleo or Lever Strong negotiation skills with experience managing employee contracts and resolving conflicts effectively Supervising experience leading diverse HR teams across multiple functions such as training & development, employee relations, and benefits administration Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as ADP Paychex Paylocity UltiPro Kronos Ceridian or SAP SuccessFactors for data analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and staff alike Skilled in strategic planning, process improvement initiatives, budgeting related to HR functions, and implementing organizational design changes Join us as a Human Resources Director to shape our company's future by fostering an inclusive culture that values growth, innovation, and excellence.
