Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR programs and practices that align with organizational goals Manage recruiting and hiring efforts across the organization, including candidate selection and onboarding Oversee performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives Provide guidance to managers regarding employee relations, performance issues, and other workplace matters Manage HR policies, procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance Oversee compensation, employee benefits, and HRIS administration Develop programs that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and administration Manage annual benefits renewals and employee benefit programs Oversee workers' compensation, workplace safety reporting, and other employment related compliance requirements Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, reporting, and overall efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline At least five years of progressive human resources experience Strong understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements Experience supporting both leadership and employees in a broad HR capacity Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving abilities Experience working with HRIS platforms and using HR data to support business decisions Comfortable using current workplace technology, including AI enabled tools, to improve communication, reporting, productivity, and HR processes Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple areas of responsibility SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred
