Job Overview Serve as the company's day-to-day business partner to the organization. This role will provide the support needed to execute the strategic plans for the company's people that align with the goals and values of the business. This position will support the full cycle HR processes: recruiting, retention, employee relations, benefit administration, compensation, employee development, workforce compliance and all other HR initiatives.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff through implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. Facilitate a positive customer experience Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the company's talent strategy as it relates to recruitment, retention, and succession planning Create and revise job descriptions Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes Perform benefits administration and payroll Handle disciplinary processes, offboarding processes, and oversee exit interviews Maintain department records and reports Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Train hiring managers and supervisors on use of employee tracking systems Needs to be flexible to accommodate 2-shift operation Attendance is an essential function of the role. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or combined education and experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Capable to apply discretion and sound judgement in sensitive situations High level of integrity and trustworthiness, strong morals, and ethics Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with team members at all levels and across all functions Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Intermediate computer competency including MS Word and MS Excel, HRIS systems Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
