Job Description

Creative Modular Construction (CMC) is seeking an HR Manager to help lead day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leaders across multiple brands and departments. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee development, HR systems, compliance, and workplace culture. What You'll Do Lead and administer the performance management process , including 30/60/90-day plans, reviews, goal setting, career pathways, feedback, and progressive discipline. Manage ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HCM systems , including data integrity, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and user support. Oversee workers' compensation claims , return-to-work/light-duty programs, OSHA recordkeeping support, and cost-containment efforts. Maintain accurate, controlled HR records and documentation in alignment with
ISO 9001
requirements. Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, and offboarding . Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance, policies, and workplace issues. Coordinate employee training, competency assessments, and development programs . Support CMC's second-chance employment philosophy and values-driven workplace culture. Partner with the HR Director on policies, audits, vendors, compliance, and special projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of progressive HR experience , including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HCM system . Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS administration. Experience with workers' compensation and return-to-work programs. Manufacturing, construction, or modular industry experience preferred. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and document/records control preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel skills; Power BI or analytics experience is a plus. PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.
