Director of Human Resources Ozarks Health Care • Human Resources West Plains , MO Support Services Full Time , Days , 80 Req # 9262 The HR Director is responsible for overseeing the human resources department, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Director will have oversight of all general HR functions, recruitment, training and development, occupational health, education, compliance and accreditation processes. Minimum 2 years as a Director of Human Resources, 4 years as a Senior Manager/Senior HRBP or 6 years as a Manager/HRBP. Must have at least 2 years working with Compensation, including conducting market reviews. Must have at least 2 years working with Retirement and Benefit Plans Must have at least 2 years working with Regulatory Agencies (EEOC, OSHA, DOL) Must have at least 2 years of Leave Administration Management Must have at least 2 years of Employee Relations Investigation Exp.
Preferred:
Experience with Joint Commission, DNV, CARF, or similar accreditation agency.
