Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and social media management, to attract top talent. Lead employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. Manage performance management systems, conduct employee evaluations, and facilitate succession planning to support career growth and organizational stability. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and HR legal standards. Drive change management projects by designing organization structures, implementing workforce management solutions like Workday or Oracle HCM, and supporting strategic planning efforts. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management skills while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Ensure adherence to affirmative action planning, workers' compensation policies, and regulatory compliance management across all HR functions. Skills Extensive experience in human capital management, human resources management, and personnel administration. Proven ability in project management, strategic planning, organization design, and workforce management. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA. Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro), payroll processing tools (Paychex, ADP), and data analysis using Excel or similar software. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and conflict resolution. Skilled in recruiting techniques using ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Lever; adept at data collection for HR analytics. Familiarity with benefits administration software (Dayforce, Paylocity) and legal compliance requirements related to FMLA and workers' compensation claims.
