Pay:
$65,000 annual salary, DOE — exempt

Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654 POSITION SUMMARY The On-Site Staffing Manager is based at a partner manufacturing facility and serves as the primary liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors. This role owns day-to-day workforce coordination, supports client operations, resolves associate concerns, and promotes a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. Success requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Branch Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Workforce Coordination
  • Monitor and track associate attendance
  • Administer corrective actions related to attendance, performance, and behavior
  • Assist with shift changes and scheduling needs
  • Conduct milestone check-ins with associates at 1, 30, 60, and 90 days
  • Facilitate new hire orientations
  • Process terminations and communicate assignment conclusions to affected employees Client & Associate Relations
  • Partner closely with client supervisors and management teams
  • Foster positive relationships with associates and support a strong workplace culture
  • Conduct face-to-face interactions, including conflict resolution and de-escalation as needed
  • Provide general support for day-to-day operational needs Administration & Reporting
  • Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Manage and respond to incoming and outgoing email promptly
  • Send daily reports to internal and client leadership on attendance, performance, and other updates
  • Maintain accurate records and keep tracking systems up to date
  • Ensure job orders are posted and updated accurately in the applicant tracking system
  • Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard office technology
  • Valid driver's license, meeting company MVR requirements for roles involving local travel between client sites and branch locations
  • Ability to actively participate in a team environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and use AI tools — no fluency required, but we use AI regularly to support daily operations
  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, with occasional walking, bending, and lifting
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT
  • Full-time, on-site role requiring consistent in-person attendance
  • Availability during shift hours and occasionally beyond regular business hours to support client needs
  • Frequent use of phone, computer, and email
  • Local travel during business hours may be required; occasional out-of-area travel possible
  • Light physical activity; majority of work performed indoors within a manufacturing facility
  • Standing and walking are common; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity for standard office equipment
