Full Job Description Human Resource Director General Expectations/Responsibilities:

Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual. Participates in developing department objectives and systems. Administers employee professional growth / training programs. Administers the compensation program and performance evaluation programs. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements. Administers the background health and drug screening program for new hire employees. Administers the employee application and onboarding process. Administers and troubleshoots Employee benefits and related updates and queries. Coordinates with the Insurance Carriers and Captives as needed for the benefit of the Company. Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
Position requirements include:
BS or BA Degree. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, also (future use of UKG and COINS data input). Strong interpersonal and administrative skills Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised Team player and self-motivated to succeed Periodic daily travel required. Legally able to work in the US.
