Role:
They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role will supervise a team of 5x and sit on the Leadership Team.
What You'll Do:
Lead all HR functions for the manufacturing facility, including employee relations, recruiting, and performance management Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Drive engagement initiatives, training programs, and retention strategies Oversee HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions What You Need to
Succeed:
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field...
HR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving and communication skills What's in It for
