Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing and compensation plans and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversees training and development initiatives. Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Job Description

Job Summary :
Leads, directs and coordinates all employee relations functions for the organization in accordance with the law, policy, and Cares Culture principles. Directs the activities of the Employee Relations team and Leave of Absence programs. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Provides oversight to leave of absence programs. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover.
Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience. Experience is defined as conducting employee/HR investigations and interviews, navigating ADA accommodation request, managing employees through leave of absence processes, and ensuring compliance with Title VII, FLSA, and other prohibited practices. 2 years of progressive leadership experience, strongly preferred. Must obtain PHR, SHRM-CP, or other recognized HR certification within 24 months of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
