Grow the people. Pathways to Life, Inc. is looking for a motivated, energetic HR Director to lead our people strategy and keep our culture aligned with our mission. If you love developing staff, solving problems, and being the person everyone trusts to get it right — this is your seat. What you'll do Own the full hiring lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews Coordinate the onboarding process between our HR Recruiter and Training Specialist Champion employee satisfaction — assess staff needs and serve on our Morale Committee Serve on the Member Rights Committee, gathering member feedback and driving improvement plans Partner with Quality Assurance and Clinical leadership to keep training and credentialing current Keep us compliant with HR law, CARF standards, MCO requirements, and state regulations Manage unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and personnel documentation Develop HR policy, performance management, and succession planning What you bring Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Working knowledge of the behavioral health population we serve Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to foster a cooperative, positive work environment Integrity and discretion with confidential information No substantiated findings on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry; must pass background check and drug screen Schedule & location Office-based, Monday-Friday. Travel to our additional sites required at minimum quarterly.
