BachelorsResponsibilities Provide excellent service to employees by responding to various information requests regarding benefit eligibility, schedules, time off requests, payroll, and provide timely responses to employee inquiries and or concerns. Conduct employee investigations, providing conflict resolutions and issuing coaching and counseling Oversee workers compensation benefit program, complete accident investigations, implements corrective actions, and ensures modified duty program is utilized and within limits of modifications. Organize, plan and conduct initial employee training and annual refreshers in compliance of safe quality food, state agencies, and federal agencies. Promote a culture of safety and reporting any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions or potential hazards immediately.
