Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Your leadership will drive workforce development, support organizational change, and ensure our HR practices align with business goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture while managing complex HR functions with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and change management efforts. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Oversee employee relations, ensuring consistent performance management practices that motivate staff and support career development. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment law, labor law, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions. Facilitate training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and support succession planning efforts. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and effectively manage employee relations. Strong project management skills to coordinate organization design initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, report creation, and presentations; experience with ATS systems such as Kenexa BrassRing or Oracle HCM is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or PHR is a plus. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
