Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and cultivate a thriving, engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and compliance. Your leadership will drive HR strategies that align with our organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and promote continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with extensive experience in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing innovative HR solutions that empower employees and support business success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives to enhance talent management and organizational effectiveness. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing recruiting processes to attract top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Oversee compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation regulations, and other legal requirements related to labor law. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks while ensuring accurate benefits administration through platforms like Workday or ADP. Supervise performance management initiatives by establishing appraisal processes, setting performance standards, and supporting leadership in employee development efforts. Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and insightful HR analytics. Lead change management projects aimed at process improvement, organizational design adjustments, or technology implementation to optimize HR functions. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop succession planning strategies and support workforce planning initiatives for future growth. Manage training & development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with supervising experience in leading HR teams or departments. Deep understanding of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration practices. Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions with vendors or labor negotiations. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing (HR sourcing), interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes such as employee orientation. Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, Paychex, Kronos, Taleo, UltiPro or SAP SuccessFactors; proficiency in data collection and analysis skills for reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Strategic planning capabilities combined with a proactive approach to change management and process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of compensation structures including payroll systems like Paychex or Dayforce; budgeting experience is a plus. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
